Location: Middleton, (with travel to Wilmslow HQ)

Hybrid Working: Once established ( Up to2 days WFH)

Be the driving force

As NPD Project Manager, you’ll drive the development and delivery of new products and brand-led projects, ensuring they land on time, on spec, and on budget. This is a critical role that connects almost every part of the business – from Marketing and Sales to Product Development, Purchasing, and Operations.

You'll take ownership of each project’s critical path, timelines, and key milestones. You’ll lead project progress from start to finish, flagging risks early, and ensuring every stakeholder is aligned and informed.

Communication and collaboration are key. You’ll need to be as comfortable building relationships as you are building plans – able to balance strategic oversight with sleeves-rolled-up delivery.
