Flexible Agency Work in Waddesdon

Are you an experienced and qualified Nursery Nurse looking for flexible, rewarding work in the Waddesdon area? We’re recruiting enthusiastic early years professionals to support local nurseries on an agency basis.

Location: Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire

Shifts: Flexible – you choose when you work!

Pay: Excellent hourly rates up to £ + holiday pay

What you’ll be doing:

As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll play a key role in helping young children grow, learn, and thrive. You’ll work in a variety of settings, providing consistent care and engaging activities that follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting learning through play and structured activities
• Meeting the care needs of babies and young children
• Working collaboratively with staff to maintain a safe, happy environment
• Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
• Recording observations and contributing to learning plans (if required)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Has recent experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Understands EYFS principles
• Has a current enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
• Is friendly, proactive, and adaptable
