We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist - Community Reablement, to work on an ongoing basis in West Sussex. Details of the role are as follows:

• Role: Occupational Therapist - Community Reablement
• Days: Monday - Friday (2 days working from home)
• Hours: 37
• Pay: £35-38
• Start: December 2024
• Length: until March 2025

Additional Info: Driving license and access to a car are essential.

Requirements:

• NHS experience (minimum 6 months)
