ODI CoE Analyst

New Today

At Severn Trent, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re in the top 5% of utility companies worldwide when it comes to employee engagement and ranked as a Top 50 UK Employer on Glassdoor. Join us in making a positive impact on the environment and our communities, while being valued and supported in a truly inclusive workplace.

If you want to do more, because you care, we want you on our team.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

For the last 8 years, Severn Trent have led the sector for ODI performance, but ODIs have changed in AMP8. The rewards are higher, but so too are the risks.

Ofwat have reduced Outcome Delivery Incentives (ODIs) by around 40% and we now have 24 in total, with ODIs being the same for all water companies.

When it comes to reward for good performance, there will be more for us to go after, but the penalties can be much higher if we don’t perform.

With bigger risks and bigger rewards, we are truly getting behind our ODIs and are excited for you to join our ODI Centre of Excellence team.
