Position: Office Coordinator
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000
Hybrid setup: 5 days per week in the office

Key responsibilities for this Office Coordinator position:
- Meet and greet and ensure a first-class service
- Manage meeting rooms – bookings, set up, and troubleshooting
- Order catering, supplies, and support facilities
- Support the Office Manager and EA with diary, travel, and events
What background and experience are the company looking for?
You must be a service-led administrator who enjoys working front of house. Excellent Outlook and some MS Office experience along with a hands-on approach.
