Salary: up to £40,000
Are you an experienced PA or Office Manager with a background in a busy manufacturing, engineering or similarly hands-on environment? If you enjoy supporting senior leaders while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, this could be an excellent opportunity.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced, site-led setting. You’ll provide senior-level administrative and PA support while acting as the main point of contact for office coordination, facilities tasks, and general operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the smooth running of the office, including facilities coordination and day-to-day operational support
Provide PA support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel arrangements and general coordination.
Act as a central contact for staff and external suppliers, ensuring the workplace remains compliant, safe and well-organised
Support the wider management team with administrative tasks, documentation and project coordination
Take ownership of office improvements, supplier liaison, facilities-related tasks and small operational projects
Key Requirements
Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering or similar practical/operational environment is essential
Previous experience in a PA, Office Manager or facilities-focused role
Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced setting
Confident supporting senior stakeholders
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
Comfortable working full-time on site
