We’re now seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to help grow our customer base and build lasting client relationships.


Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role based in Warrington for an Office Furniture Sales Executive. The position focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth. You’ll play an important role in delivering tailored office furniture solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of our family-run interiors business.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, nurturing them throughout the sales process

  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored furniture solutions

  • Present product offerings in a compelling and informative manner

  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

  • Ensure a seamless client experience from order placement to delivery and installation

  • Stay informed on industry trends and market developments

  • Manage face-to-face meetings with customers viewing products

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM software


Requirements



  • Proven track record in B2B sales, within the office furniture industry

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office-based sales environment

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine interest in commercial interiors and design aesthetics

  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proficient in sales software (e.g., CRM systems, quoting tools)

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

  • £25,000 – £50,000 per year (dependent on experience) + commission
