About The Role

We are looking for a reliable Office & HR Administrator to undertake administrative tasks that ensure our teams are adequately supported to work efficiently. The tasks of the Office & HR Administrator will include but are not limited to onboarding/offboarding, maintenance of our HR Information System (HRIS), health & safety, office and facilities management and compliance. We’re looking for someone who is organised, efficient and diligent with great attention to detail. The Office & HR Administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Maintenance of the HR Information System (HRIS)
  • Health & safety, office and facilities management
  • Compliance-related tasks and procedures
  • Support across HR administration and related activities

Essential Criteria

  • Strong experience in an office management role that includes HR administration
  • Extremely organised, efficient, diligent with great attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • A proactive self starter with a problem-solving attitude
  • A great communicator who can create a sense of cohesion across teams and can deliver through others
  • Solid working understanding of HR legislation, regulations and best practice and knows when and how to find out more or escalate
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Experience in Health & Safety, including monitoring and documentation
  • Strong empathy and the capacity to react calmly and efficiently in a scale-up environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentational skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English

Desirable Criteria

  • ISO (International Organization for Standardization) experience
  • Strong spreadsheet expertise
  • CIPD Level 5
