Overview

This role exists to lead technical underwriting across our Offshore Renewable Energy portfolio. You’ll help us grow profitably and deliver excellent service while keeping us aligned with regulations and best practice. You’ll join a specialist team that sets underwriting standards, manages referrals, and improves products and propositions. You’ll be accountable for strategic input, technical leadership, and delivering high‑quality broker and client support.

Lead technical underwriting across the offshore renewable energy portfolio, shaping underwriting standards, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and driving product innovation.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical underwriting experience in Offshore Renewable Energy
  • Proven ability to lead projects and influence senior stakeholders
  • Clear understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Experience improving products, wordings, and underwriting controls
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
