We’re seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to provide proactive support to external candidates and internal colleagues across the Cabot Credit Management Group. This role is vital for delivering a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, working within defined HR service level agreements to ensure a first-class service. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing proactive onboarding support to new starters and internal colleagues across the CCM Group.

• Completing pre-employment screening and reference checks in line with company and client SLAs.

• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity within the People System.

• Coordinating onboarding logistics with IT, Facilities, and L&D teams.

• Supporting client audits by preparing and providing required documentation.

• Acting as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive onboarding experience.

• Assisting with contracts, new starter paperwork, and general HR admin support.
