As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Online Customer Advisor to be a key part of our customer support team. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to both learners and instructors, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience on our platform.

Role Overview:
As an Online Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our users via live chat, email, and other online communication channels. You will engage with both language learners and instructors, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our platform meets their needs. Your goal will be to enhance their experience with Telnoch Learning, ensuring that both students and instructors have everything they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Respond promptly to inquiries from both language learners and instructors through live chat, email, and social media channels, offering solutions to questions, issues, and concerns.

Platform Guidance: Assist learners in finding the right instructors based on their needs, preferences, and goals. Guide instructors through the platform’s features to help them set up and manage their teaching profiles.

Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues users encounter, whether it’s related to the platform’s functionality, bookings, or payments.

Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with both instructors and learners, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their experience on the platform.

Problem Resolution: Address complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution. Escalate issues when necessary to appropriate departments.

Feedback & Insights: Collect user feedback to identify areas of improvement and report findings to the product team for continuous platform enhancement.

Account Management: Assist in the management of user accounts, including troubleshooting login issues, password resets, and ensuring profile details are accurate.

Educational Support: Provide guidance to learners on how to make the most of their language learning journey, from choosing courses to maximizing lessons with instructors.

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and friendly communication is essential, especially when explaining complex issues in a simple, easy-to-understand way.

Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for helping others, with a customer-first mindset that goes above and beyond to ensure an outstanding experience.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms. Experience with online marketplaces or educational platforms is a plus.

Problem-Solving Mindset: You’ll need to think on your feet, resolve conflicts quickly, and provide solutions that leave customers satisfied.

Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks at once without compromising the quality of service.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, online support, or within an educational environment is highly desirable.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in managing user accounts, bookings, and issue resolution is crucial to ensuring a smooth experience for all users.

Empathy: The ability to connect with users and understand their needs, whether they’re an eager language learner or a dedicated instructor.
