The Role
As An Online EBay Sales Coordinator, You Will Participate In All Aspects Of Sales Administration And Customer Communication, Ensuring a Smooth And Efficient Sales Process. Working In a Professional Manner, You Provide Excellent Support To Customers And Help Drive Sales Growth. In Addition, You Will
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Manage and process orders on Radwell.co.uk and eBay.com efficiently.
- Support company goals by turning sales opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Source new products from manufacturers not currently supplied by Radwell.
- Check inventory and fulfil orders where possible to ensure quick delivery.
- Keep customers informed of any price or delivery changes.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely, clear communication and follow-ups
- Accurately enter quotations and orders, verifying delivery and payment details
- Manage customer feedback to secure positive reviews.
- Maintain product and pricing information in business systems, creating new part numbers as needed.
Being keen to start a career in Sales, and with excellent attention to detail, you will bring your current transferable skills and experience to the position, meaning the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:

- Qualification in business field of study (Desirable).
- Previous sales experience in a related environment (Desirable).
