We're Hiring: Onsite Demonstrator / Product Trainer & Business Development Manager

Location: Home-based

Travel: Extensive travel across the UK, with possible overnight stays

We are seeking a multi-skilled Onsite Demonstrator / Product Trainer to join our team, taking a key role in supporting product installations, delivering onsite training, and contributing to business development activities across the UK.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing onsite technical support to customers and Sales Engineers, focusing on Screen Projects, HD Fab and civil installations etc
• Demonstrating and supervising the safe and correct use of Ischebeck systems through on-site coaching, “Toolbox Talks”, and practical training sessions
• Liaising closely with Sales, Design and Depot teams to ensure project details are clearly communicated and executed
• Ensuring HSEQ standards are maintained across all projects
• Monitoring site assembly and installation to ensure compliance with design requirements and installation timelines
• Using your company van to transport demonstration equipment and spares to assist with small site shortages
• Designing and delivering both internal and external product training

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong background in construction site operations and technical installations
• Experience working at height and at leading edges
• Confidence in presenting and training others in a site-based environment
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings (CAD)
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with strong communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
• A commitment to health, safety, and quality compliance
