We’ll give you the tools and the support you need to build your career and only ask that you bring us your passion, commitment and energy to make a difference.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Designer, you will take the creative lead within our in-house team, dedicated to one of the biggest FMCG companies in the world. Reporting into the Creative Director, you will oversee design output across social, e‑com, digital campaigns, POS, print, and OOH. You will manage and mentor a small team of Digital & Print Designers, ensuring consistently high standards of craft, innovation, and delivery.

You’ll also play a pivotal role in driving innovation through Generative AI (GenAI) tools, streamlining workflows, and pushing the boundaries of digital creativity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development of design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs and client strategies.
  • Oversee execution of design communications for social, e‑com, digital campaign, POS, print and OOH channels.
  • Provide constructive feedback, guidance and support to help grow the team.
  • Create and refine a wide variety of assets including packaging, memes, campaign/event collateral, GIFs and motion‑based content.
  • Ensure work consistently demonstrates strong typography, layout, visual storytelling and brand alignment.
  • Retouch packaging and product imagery; develop lockups, layouts and illustrations (icons and simple motion graphics).
  • Use Adobe Firefly, existing brand assets and stock imagery to produce timely, relevant content.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for the client, working closely with them on a daily basis – from initial briefing through to final delivery.
  • Confidently present work and creative rationale to clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships based on trust, service and creative excellence.
  • Partner with account/project managers to gather insights, clarify briefs and ensure creative solutions align with brand strategy.

Problem-Solving & Innovation

  • Apply critical thinking and creative leadership to deliver elegant, simple and impactful design solutions.
  • Champion innovative approaches, exploring the use of GenAI and new design trends to keep output fresh and forward‑thinking.
  • Encourage experimentation within the team, balancing creativity with consistency and brand guidelines.

Ways of Working & Team Management

  • Manage the Designer’s workflow alongside your own, prioritising tasks and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Ensure efficient time‑logging, workload management and quality control across all outputs.
  • Support the team’s ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative studio culture, leading by example.
