Role Summary and Impact

Role: Senior OOH Media Manager (Full-time). Location: London. This role supports WPP\'s mission to deliver consistency, delivery excellence and best-in-class service for Amazon across its diverse businesses, including XCM, Prime Video, and RMI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop basic OOH solutions for clients/agencies as experience grows
  • Develop an understanding of the client\'s sector
  • Effectively communicate with other markets and work with them on cross-market client requests
  • Collate production requirements
  • Coordinate campaign photography and sharing with clients
  • Undertake competitive analysis and post-campaign analysis
  • Compile production reports
  • Prepare site tour documents and manage logistics
  • Identify and appropriately raise client issues
  • Update internal databases
  • Demonstrate use of industry and planning tools and follow the 4D planning process
  • Collate information from vendors and update market reports and availability
  • Develop knowledge of vendor activity and build relationships with Media Owners
  • Develop strong relationships and networks across the team

  • Strong numeracy, budget management, and awareness of wider commercial implications
  • Familiarity with internal tools, adaptability to new technology and systems, especially digital skills
  • Strong understanding of social media and the internet
  • A willingness to grow and learn through training provided by WPP Media and external providers
  • Confident, engaging, positive, articulate with good written and listening skills
  • Interest in contributing to wider initiatives (training, forums, agency initiatives) and events

Bonus Points

  • Good understanding and use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrable success in a media planning environment, including experience at Account Executive level
