About the role
As an Operations Training Delivery Executive, you will be part of a global team responsible for all learning and development needs for your aligned business area which include the delivery of business area specific training together with maintaining the Quality Assurance and Continual Assessment of the training. Successful candidates will be solution focused, have a creative, hands-on-approach and a strong knowledge of our business.
What you’ll do
- Deliver engaging and interactive training to colleagues in accordance with the IAG Cargo core mandatory syllabus and the industry regulators, mandatory, regulatory and legislative curriculum to ensure compliance.
- Utilise a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to accommodate diverse and inclusive learning styles.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and regulatory bodies to ensure training records and/or certifications are accurate, accessible, up-to-date and aligned with appropriate governing legislation.
- Support in the Mentoring and Coaching of others to ensure the highest level of standards and consistency are achieved throughout the group.
- Role model the company values and celebrate success within the team.
- Communicate achievements and develop a proactive and motivating mindset within the teams through regular performance discussions.

Skills and Experience:
- Be willing to work in different locations and business functions, occasional duty travel and/or shift work may be required.
- Have the right to live and work full-time in the UK indefinitely.
- Be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Have previous experience in an operational training role.
- Capable of achieving a CAA CIN accreditation within in first 9 months.
- Be able to deliver face to face and/or virtual learning at an operational or functional level.
