Overview

Principality Building Society is embarking on a period of significant cultural transformation to simplify our business and create capacity for purposeful growth. As an Operational MI Analyst, your primary focus will be to produce and automate high quality management information and business intelligence using Power BI and other tools, enabling data-driven decision-making across a variety of departments.

What you will do

  • Partner with Operational Teams to understand key M.I. requirements, simplifying production where appropriate.
  • Develop a clear understanding of demand and resource requirements in key operational areas.
  • Proactively monitor current operational demand and develop reporting for a variety of stakeholders, meetings and committees.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of monthly performance across the group.
  • Identify opportunities to improve resource optimisation, ensuring our people resources are managed more efficiently.
  • Contribute to the forecasting process of all operational demand types.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in MI production, automation and workforce planning solutions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
  • Experience of using workforce management software and tools to forecast call volumes and create schedules.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data techniques.
  • Strong diligence and accuracy, with the ability to analyse data and identify patterns and trends.
