Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a graduate with 1–2 years of Operations experience to join a boutique investment manager as an Operations Analyst. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and gain exposure to middle- and back-office functions, including cash management, trade reporting, reconciliations, and investor transactions, while also developing knowledge of risk management through structured training.

Responsibilities

• Support middle- and back-office operations, including cash management, trade reporting, reconciliations, and investor transactions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop knowledge of risk management through structured training.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income and Equities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
