We have a close-knit team of experts and are now looking for someone to bolster our Operations Team and support the efficient, effective and on-time delivery of a pipeline of innovations to market. The Operations & Data Coordinator will be an integral part of the SURI Operations team and work closely with Retail, Brand Marketing, Growth and Innovation teams. The core responsibility is ensuring current and future retail partners are serviced to best-in-class standards, including vendor setup, smooth PO processing, hands-on logistics coordination for OTIF deliveries, and acting as the key point of contact for order-related or logistics queries. This role is also accountable for the accuracy and completeness of product, packaging, sustainability and logistics master data to ensure smooth operations, system accuracy and robust reporting across operations and sustainability.

Role & Responsibilities

• Slick retailer order management - OTIF PO delivery and revenue maximisation (40%)
• Data Management - keeping data accurate and complete (20%)
• SOPs & documentation - maintaining processes and procedures (10%)
• Operations KPI reporting - owning and ensuring accurate and on-time delivery (10%)
• Process Improvement - seeking opportunities for efficiency and driving changes (10%)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within the CPG/FMCG sector
• Familiar with UK & US retail partners, vendor requirements and ways of working
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, supply chain, retail and logistics
• Able to handle ambiguity, strong problem solver with bias for action
• Data-driven, system-savvy, detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical skills
• Experienced in data management, focusing on data accuracy & completeness
• Strong collaborator and communicator with a customer-obsessed mindset
• Proven success in operating in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a scale-up
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, able to manipulate large data sets and glean insights
