RxBenefits is hiring! We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of Operations Engagement Manager to support a variety of functions for the Operations Team. This role includes two main aspects: (1) Executive Assistant for the VP, Operations and (2) Leader of day-to-day employee experience and engagement. The ideal candidate must be strategic in identifying opportunities across the organization as well as thorough in the execution of tasks. The role includes a range of administrative duties in support of the team’s success and can evolve as the team’s needs grow.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary executive assistant to the VP, Operations, performing advanced and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience
- Manage calendar in Outlook; ensuring appropriate prioritization
- Complete leader’s expense reports in accordance with Accounting’s requirements and deadlines
- Compose and distribute correspondence on behalf of the leader
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Research and handle special projects and special meetings
- Assist with preparation of materials for meetings including detailed creation and formatting of professional presentations and documents
- Collaborate heavily with the organization’s Executive Assistant team, ensuring standards established and managed by that team are understood and followed within Operations
- Build strong partnerships with all Operations leaders, developing a roadmap for employee experience that aligns to their vision and supporting them in execution on all fronts
- Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of all employee experience and engagement activities for all operations teams
- Strategize how best to execute ops-specific employee engagement efforts in parallel to and complementing larger corporate efforts
- Differentiate and prioritize activity based on outcome
- Maintain knowledge of RxBenefits’ products and services to best support leaders, team members, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Operate the business administration functions of the executive office using independent judgment, discretion and diplomacy, and make day-to-day administrative and operational decisions
- Interact effectively with all levels of employees throughout the company, ensure that communications are timely, clear, and professional
- Any and all other duties, projects, tasks, assignments, challenges, and opportunities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required (5+ years)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to indirectly influence and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated experience with corporate culture activities and employee engagement
- Ability to develop and manage to a budget
- Working proficiency of company standard MS Windows and associated office productivity software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical skills with ability to use data to develop roadmaps and demonstrate value
- Genuine care for others with a demonstrated thoughtfulness and understanding of how details and decisions impact employees’ connection, value, and experience
- Process-minded individual who understands the steps necessary to effectively guide a project, mindful of cost and resources while driving positive outcomes
- Sense of urgency to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills; ability to work with people of varied technical backgrounds and management levels
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and provide prompt support to multiple leaders across multiple time zones
- A passion for learning and a willingness for taking on new challenges
- Experience with knowledge management system, Confluence specifically, is a strong plus
Compensation and Benefits
Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $56,800 - $66,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
