What will you be doing?


We're seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team in Liverpool. The position requires close co-operation with all of the Online Investment Services team members, as well as interaction with all other operational areas across the entire business and stakeholder departments, to deliver a high quality end-client service for the Bestinvest Direct project.


There is a necessity to deliver high performing, quality services that ensures consumer outcomes are core to delivery against key performance indicators, business goals and objectives. Working collaboratively with peers to drive consistency and cultural alignment with the brand. The role requires someone who is commercially aware and strategic in operational approach with great planning, organisational and communication skills, and an excellent communicator who can adapt to deliver first-class service to our clients.
