Blossom LGBT is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our charity’s core operations, external engagement, and fundraising. This is an exciting and diverse role within a small, but impactful, charity; driving our mission to reduce poverty and improve employability for LGBTQIA+ young adults across the UK.

Key Duties Of Our Operations Manager Include:

  • Core Operations: Manage and enhance day-to-day systems, processes, finance, governance, and reporting to keep the organisation transparent & running smoothly.
  • External Engagement: Lead communications (including social media & website) and outreach to grow our audience, strengthen partnerships, and champion our mission.
  • Fundraising: Support and deliver income generation strategies including grants, partnerships, and campaigns that drive long-term impact.
  • Project Management: Manage projects focused on enhancing organisational capacity, reach and delivery allowing us to delivery even more impactful work focusing on employability, poverty reduction, and LGBT inclusion.
  • Team & Volunteer Management: Recruit, train and support a range of internal stakeholders who increase capacity and strengthen our work.
