Business travel Operations manager - Implant

Required for a global TMC. They are seeking an experienced TMC operations manager, Sabre trained. Hybrid working in London, 2 days per week in the implant. Salary up to 50k.

Responsibilities

• Manage one high-profile client, with regular catch-up meetings alongside the account manager
• Lead a team of 4 experienced business travel consultants who book the client\'s worldwide travel using Sabre
• Set rotas, conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, sickness, holidays, etc.
• Deal with any customer service issues that may arise

Skills and qualifications

• Business travel operations management experience is essential
• Sabre trained
• Strong people leadership experience
• Experience dealing with high-profile, demanding clients
