Operations Manager – Cleaning Services (London)
Location: Hybrid – London office & site visits within M25
Reporting to: Head of Operations

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee cleaning operations across London. You will manage cleaning operatives and housekeepers, ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain high standards, and build strong client relationships.
This role offers variety. no two days will be the same. You will be in the office, out on-site, leading audits, attending KPI meetings, and ensuring both your team and our clients receive the very best support.
What you will do
- Lead and inspire cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver on time and to standard
- Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through regular contact and monthly “green” audits
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff
- Ensure Health & Safety and COSHH compliance at all times
- Maintain equipment, plan deep cleans, and deliver ad-hoc cleaning projects as needed
- Report on performance, productivity, and client feedback to senior management
What we are looking for?
- Proven experience supervising or managing teams, ideally in commercial cleaning
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
- Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends
- Confident using Microsoft Office and cleaning management software
- Full UK driving license
- Spanish Speaking would be preferred
