Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 for the right candidate + Flexible Working + Excellent Benefits

One of Hulls mixed-use shopping centres – a thriving hub of retail , F&B, and leisure – is on the lookout for a proactive Operations Manager to join their close-knit team. This is your chance to make a real impact on a busy, community-driven scheme.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience managing hard & soft services contractors

Expertise in multi-tenanted environments

Confidence in crisis management and PPMs

Strong project management skills

Solid ESG knowledge and implementation experience

Budget management including service charge
