We help our customers deliver products that have a profound impact on people’s lives across industries from ultrasound units and 3D printing to network security applications and in-flight Wi‑Fi. Plexus is a global team partnering with customers to bring products to life through inspired innovation and world-class service.

Role location options: Oradea, Livingston or Kelso. Travel to support sites within the area is expected (approximately 10–20%).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Strategy: support quality planning for customer demand and APQP for smooth product launches.
  • Champion Quality Culture: coach and mentor team members to make quality a differentiator for customers.
  • Drive Process Excellence: develop standard work and improve efficiency in APQP, FAI, PFMEA.
  • Solve Complex Problems: analyze data with a predictive mindset to identify issues early and enable swift action.
  • Uphold Our Values: model Plexus Core Values.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for quality with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Willingness to travel as required (around 10–20%).
