Operations Review Manager – 6-Month FTC | London. Location: London – Hybrid working available. Contract: 6-month fixed-term. Salary: Up to £100,000 Pro-Rata.

• Proven insurance/reinsurance experience with review, audit, or risk management exposure

• Confidence to communicate challenging messages to senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, customer outcomes, or operational resilience

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end reviews of new entrants and Managing Agents
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and risk-based recommendations
• Track post-approval deliverables to ensure outcomes meet expected standards
• Collaborate across teams to maintain consistent oversight
