Overview

Operations Service Manager – Facilities – Up to £60,000 + Package. Hybrid role based from the head office in the North West. You will manage a team of supervisors and engineers out in the field across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a field-based team of engineers and supervisors across the UK.
  • Manage P&L and budget setting.
  • Provide KPI reporting.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Management, Building Services, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Fire & Security or related sectors as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Used to running a team of engineers out in the field – Essential
  • P&L Experience and Budget setting – Essential
  • Managing a team of supervisors – Essential
  • Management KPI reporting – Essential
  • Full Driving Licence – Essential
  • IT knowledge / CAFM reporting – Desirable
