Honeycomb is thrilled to be partnering with a well-established financial services company in the search for an Operations Support Administrator to join their Belfast team.
The Job
This position offers varied administrative support across the operations, sales, and senior management teams. You'll be a key point of contact, engaging professionally with clients, insurance brokers, and accountants. Day-to-day tasks include managing inboxes efficiently, handling phone enquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions. The role also involves supporting wider business projects, maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards, and staying up to date with internal processes through ongoing training.Your Package/Benefits:
- Salary range - £23,000 - £25000 per annum, depending on experience
- Excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing finance company
- Current Hybrid working model - Monday to Wednesday based in Belfast office with Thursday and Friday working from home (once the candidate can work at a suitable level without supervision)
- Hours 9.00am-5.00pm Pension
- 3% Employer contribution
- Holidays 36 days, inclusive of statutory days

The Person
- IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
- Previous office experience (desired)
- 5 GCSEs including Maths, English (Grade C+)
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take instructions and participate in any required ad-hoc projects
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Able to work within a team as well as own initiative
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
- High Attention to detail and accuracy
