We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Analyst to join the IT Operations and Services team on a permanent basis (London based).

The role The Operational Support Administrator will be responsible for delivering high-quality organisational and administrative support that enables the smooth operation of the IT Operations function. This role also plays a key part in fostering a positive team culture by supporting leadership in driving personal development, enhancing communication, and promoting wellbeing across the team.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

The person

The successful candidate will have significant administration experience and be highly organised, taking ownership of tasks in order to effectively manage their time and others within a team to ensure that work is completed efficiently. It would be beneficial if the successful candidate had experience in minute-taking, agenda preparation, information distribution, and tracking of follow-up actions. This role will provide administrative and coordination support for IT projects and improvement initiatives, including stakeholder communication, user engagement, and testing activities, therefore experience in project support would be a distinct advantage.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates a personal drive to achieve results with the aptitude to multitask and actively take initiative to help make a difference to others work. The ability to effectively communicate, maintain relationships within the team and other departmental staff, build rapport and gain trust in order to identify and meet their needs is key. You will ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks as well as creativity when supporting the production of relevant internal communications, producing reports and presentations. To be successful in this role, you will be a team player with a flexible approach to your work, adapting to any changes that arise in a fast paced environment.
