Role Summary
The Operations Support Analyst will report to the Operations Manager and will assist in developing and maintaining operational controls and processes for managing business applications and driving Continuous Improvement across group enterprise IT systems.
In Halma’s complex environment, consisting of an HQ and 40+ companies, the Operations Support Analyst will collaborate with key users, application/platform owners, and end users to resolve issues, coordinate, communicate, and implement effective operations.
Role Responsibilities
- Routine Procedures: Monitor daily service operations, handle incidents, conduct routine checks.
- Reporting: Create reports and dashboards, analyze data using tools like Excel or PowerBI to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements, define problem statements, support initiatives.
- Process Documentation: Document procedures and generate training materials.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with teams and vendors to identify root causes and resolve issues, translating business needs to technical teams.
- Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships, conduct reviews, and ensure service levels are met.
Role Prerequisites
- 2-3 years of Operations support experience in Enterprise IT systems (HR, Finance, ERP).
- Experience managing multiple environments and release cycles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Experience with ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus but not required.

Operational excellence, entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Location
Based in London with travel to UK and abroad. Hybrid work environment with at least 3 days in the office.
