Opportunities with Together an Active Future
New Today
Overview
There are two opportunities to join Together an Active Future as Workstream Leads through shared roles. The shared role model approach is where people remain employed by their current employer and work for a funded and agreed amount of time (to be discussed and confirmed) as part of the TaAF team.
Opportunities
- Workstream Lead (Active Environments)
- Workstream Lead (Primary Care)
Role details
We are looking for two Workstream Leads, one linked to the theme of Primary Care settings and one linked to Active Environments. It is essential that the individuals have experience working within these settings. Each Workstream Lead will lead a small team of individuals, also in shared roles, to connect partners across the subject area, across the Pennine region, and including any roles and system partners within the 6 district areas. They will be supported by a strategic advisor role and colleagues within the wider TaAF team.
