Optimisation Manager

New Today

About the Role

We’re looking for an Optimisation Manager to drive impactful experimentation programs for our clients. You’ll take ownership of 2-3 client accounts, leading their testing strategy and ensuring optimisation efforts deliver real, measurable impact.

While the Director of Optimisation will support you, you’ll be expected to independently lead the experimentation strategy for your accounts - identifying opportunities, developing roadmaps, and working closely with design, development, & QA teams to execute and analyse A/B tests.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, data-driven, and excited about using experimentation to solve real business challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the optimisation strategy for 2-3 client accounts, ensuring their experimentation programs drive meaningful impact.
  • Using analytics, user research, and behavioural insights to uncover conversion blockers and optimisation opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining test roadmaps, running ideation workshops, and aligning strategies with client goals.
  • Writing and presenting experiment strategies, collaborating with our design and development teams to bring them to life.
  • Analysing and interpreting experiment results to generate actionable insights and further optimisation ideas.
  • Monitoring test performance and iterating on learnings to drive continuous improvement.
  • Managing client communication, presenting findings, and guiding their optimisation strategy with confidence.
  • Working closely with the Director of Optimisation for guidance and support, but taking the lead in shaping and delivering client strategies.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in conversion optimisation or experimentation roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset - able to spot opportunities through data and user behaviour insights and tell meaningful stories with data.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Convert, WebTrends Optimize).
  • Knowledge of consumer psychology and UX principles.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
