Overview

Position: Optometrist – Maidstone (and surrounding areas in Kent) for OutsideClinic. Salary: up to £74,000 FTE + monthly commission. Company car – for business and personal use. Days: 4 or 5 days a week (no weekends).

We are looking for passionate optometrists to join us at the forefront of domiciliary eye care and to help change lives through clinically excellent eye care in patients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Help around 6-7 patients every day, visiting them in their own homes. Appointments are longer than high-street visits (1 hour) to allow time to build relationships and deliver gold-standard care.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions with access to quick support or a second opinion from our senior optometrist team at head office.
• Use the latest equipment, including a digital fundus camera, mobile slit lamp, I-care tonometer, and our digital records system (minimal paperwork).
• Be supported with CPD; the organization will invest time to complete exams if required.
