Location: This role could be based in either our London or Wythall offices, with time spent working in the office and at home.

Salary and benefits: £65,000 - £75,000 plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3 volunteering days, and more.

The role:

As an EPM Consultant, you will lead, shape, and develop the increased use of Oracle Cloud technology across our Finance functions as part of our transformational journey towards our strategic end state. Initially focusing on system support for our EPM modules, there will be opportunities to expand knowledge to Cloud ERP modules.

You will ensure adherence to process controls for compliance, identify improvements to mitigate risks, and increase efficiency. Develop and maintain technical and operational standards, quality assurance processes, and provide solution assurance for BAU and change activities.

You will monitor key dependencies affecting Finance plans and escalate risks or issues using established governance frameworks. Act as a strategic partner in impact assessing, proposing, and designing end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and innovation.

Contribute to knowledge transfer within the team, support cross-skilling, and reduce dependency on third-party support. Be open to becoming an expert on Cloud ERP modules and ensure colleagues fully understand how to work in a cloud-enabled environment.

Provide expert guidance to colleagues across Finance and the wider business, engaging with technical and functional stakeholders, including at the executive level and other SMEs such as architects.
