We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SaaS Solution Architect to join our expanding Oracle Cloud SaaS team to lead and deliver Oracle Cloud projects for a wide range of clients.

Hybrid working: The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role and the business needs, blending company offices, client sites, and home; you will not be able to work from home 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions that make a difference by ensuring the delivery of quantifiable benefits to the client, providing advice and guidance on process improvements and efficiencies enabled by Oracle SaaS.
• Work closely with client senior stakeholders, process and product owners to familiarize them with Oracle Cloud SaaS capabilities and support them in decision‑making, road map development, and transformation journeys.
• Lead a broad range of business development, sales and implementation activities, including developing propositions, sales solutioning, SaaS architecture design, delivery, and providing guidance across functional consulting streams.
• Oversee the entire solution architecture, covering SaaS, PaaS and IaaS across HCM, ERP, EPM, PPM, CX and SCM, with a heavy business‑architecture focus.

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record as a Lead Architect on major Oracle SaaS transformation programmes with experience of four full implementation cycles.
• Strong understanding of Oracle SaaS applications and processes across all SaaS pillars (HCM, ERP, EPM, PPM, CX and SCM), with a focus on ERP and Finance.
• Experience leading large teams of functional consultants across SaaS pillars.
• Awareness of Oracle’s PaaS strategy and portfolio, and ability to articulate the benefits of PaaS (and IaaS) as part of a SaaS deployment.
• Desirable qualifications: Oracle Cloud Implementation Specialisation, TOGAF Certification, Product Owner / Scrum Master, Professional CIPD or CEMA qualifications.

Your Security Clearance

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks required. No nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside the UK within the last three years, further checks may be required. Eligibility for Security Clearance is also required.
