Whitehall Resources require an Oracle EBS Finance (Fixed Assets) Consultant to work with a key client on a 3 month initial contract.

*This role will be largely remote with occasional visits to London.

*Inside IR35.

Oracle EBS Finance (Fixed Assets) Consultant

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.6 Functional Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Fixed Assets modules. The successful candidate will support and enhance Oracle Financials processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EBS 12.2.6 modules: Fixed Assets.
* Provide support for month-end and year-end close activities.
* Investigate and resolve issues related to Fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
* Help to develop and support the execution of test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Collaborate with technical teams to support customisations, interfaces, data migrations and reporting requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financials, specifically R12.2.6.
* Strong functional expertise in: Fixed Assets (min 10 years of experience ) - setting up and configuring the Fixed Assets module, including asset categories, depreciation rules, and tax books
* Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes: acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and retirement.
* Experience with mass additions, asset transfers, asset books, and reporting tools (e.g., FA Register, FA Additions Report).
* Ability to produce high-quality functional design documentation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
