Job Description

As a Project Manager, you won’t just manage timelines and budgets – you’ll lead strategic change, influence enterprise success, and shape the future of digital transformation across the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage the delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/EPM projects.
  • Confirm scope, objectives, and business justification, and secure resources.
  • Lead progress of project plans, in line with time, cost, and quality.
  • Manage customer expectations and scope creep.
  • Identify, agree, and sign off change requests before work commences.
  • Assist with project monitoring, tasks, and customer‑specific progress.
  • Control and report progress to steering groups, sponsors, and stakeholders, escalating issues.
  • Assess potential risks and issues, and communicate decisions.
  • Monitor and report project budget and ownership for P&L targets.
  • Lead an effective communication strategy for the project.
  • Identify inter‑dependencies and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure skilled resources deliver the project and manage availability and performance.
  • Travel to customer sites as required.
  • Assist in pre‑sales and business‑development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Implementing Oracle ERP Cloud projects end‑to‑end.
  • Experience delivering in a consultancy/system integrator.
  • Leading and delivering multiple projects concurrently.
  • Oracle Applications project experience using Oracle AIM and OUM methods.
  • Prince 2 or similar.
  • Microsoft Project.
  • Fixed‑price/budget, commercial, and customer experience.
  • Governance (Gate Control, Status Reporting).
  • Scope management expertise.
  • Stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
