Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Location: Leeds, UK - Hybrid

Employment: Contract - Inside IR35

JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll, etc.).
• Facilitate client workshops, CRP sessions, and UAT.
• Manage client expectations and relationships.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules based on business needs.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and user manuals (e.g., RD011, DO.070).
• Guide clients on best practices and organizational design.
• Coordinate with technical teams for custom components and integrations.
• Support data migration using HDL, spreadsheet loaders, and web services.
• Develop OTBI reports and customizations using tools like Visual Builder, ADF, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Cloud HCM modules, especially in Payroll Modules, with expert proficiency in UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes; client orientation and stakeholder management.
