Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day functional support to a variety of Oracle HCM Cloud clients.
  • Designing and advising on solutions, processes, and configuration best practices.
  • Leading knowledge transfer sessions, training, and coaching colleagues.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on Cloud processes, roadmaps, and enhancements.
  • Producing clear, high-quality documentation and sharing knowledge with the wider team.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients by delivering consistently excellent service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Absence & HR Helpdesk.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Eligibility for UK Security Vetting (minimum 3 years UK residency).
  • Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Talent, Payroll, OTL).
  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and wider HR business processes.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
