Join Our Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Team – Shape the Future of Payroll Delivery. We’re seeking a passionate consultant to join our award-winning Managed Services team – helping some of the UK’s most exciting organisations get the very best out of their HCM Cloud investments.

This is more than just support – it’s about solving problems, shaping roadmaps, and driving payroll excellence for our clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day functional and application support for multiple clients.
  • Troubleshoot, configure, and optimise Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
  • Deliver clear documentation and share knowledge across the team.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to colleagues.
  • Assist with pre-sales activities including product demos.
  • Advise clients on best practice Cloud processes, configuration options, and roadmaps.
  • Work effectively with end-users remotely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, with a strong focus on Payroll.
  • Solid understanding of UK payroll and absence legislation.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional design solutions.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to document solutions clearly.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • SC clearance eligibility – minimum 3 years’ UK residency required.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of Absence, Time & Labour, or Compensation modules.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/Payroll.
  • ITIL process knowledge.
  • Broader HR process understanding.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications, especially in Payroll.
