Role Description

This is a full-time fixed-term remote contract role for an Oracle HCM Trainer / Training Consultant. The role involves designing and delivering training sessions for Oracle HCM systems, providing customer support, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments, creating training materials, delivering online and in-person training sessions, and offering ongoing support to clients to ensure successful system adoption.

Qualifications

• Preferably configuration and system administration experience of Oracle HCM - Hire to Retire process.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training delivery both online and in-person
• Proficiency in developing and delivering training materials
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Oracle HCM systems from a usability perspective is vital.
