Oracle Programme Manager – Senior Manager

London or UK-wide (Hybrid)

£100k+ base + bonus + package | Permanent

We’re hiring for a Senior Manager-level Oracle Programme Manager to join one of the UK’s top-tier consultancies, delivering complex digital transformation programmes for large-scale clients across the public and private sectors.

This is a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, has a deep understanding of the Oracle Cloud suite, and can drive multi-workstream programmes from initial strategy through to successful delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM transformation programmes from mobilisation through delivery
• Acting as a trusted advisor to CxO-level stakeholders, managing risks, scope and governance
• Coordinating large cross-functional teams across technology, functional and change workstreams
• Supporting new business through proposals and client conversations
• Contributing to the growth and development of the Oracle practice

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM or EPM programmes
• Background in large-scale consulting or systems integration environments
• Strong knowledge of Oracle delivery frameworks and implementation best practices
• Confident managing client relationships and programme financials at senior levels
• Industry experience in public sector, financial services or healthcare is advantageous
