Key responsibilities
- Designing and delivering workforce planning strategies that align talent with business priorities.
- Evaluating workforce structures, operating models, and business systems to strengthen flexibility and scalability.
- Advising senior leaders on structural adaptations to keep the organisation future-ready in the face of industry change and evolving workforce trends.
- Driving enterprise-wide organisational improvements, unconfined by legacy structures.
- Leading transformational change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, strong stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.
