Key responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering workforce planning strategies that align talent with business priorities.
  • Evaluating workforce structures, operating models, and business systems to strengthen flexibility and scalability.
  • Advising senior leaders on structural adaptations to keep the organisation future-ready in the face of industry change and evolving workforce trends.
  • Driving enterprise-wide organisational improvements, unconfined by legacy structures.
  • Leading transformational change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, strong stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring
