The Organisational Development (OD) Business Partner at Kisimul is a senior role, working as a strategic partner to the Head of Organisational Development & Employee Engagement and key business leaders. This role is instrumental in driving the design, development, and effective implementation of strategic OD and employee engagement initiatives. They will play a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performing, values-led culture, enabling colleagues to achieve their full potential and directly strengthening Kisimul’s ability to provide outstanding holistic, person-centred care. The OD Business Partner acts as a critical internal consultant, translating organisational strategy into tangible people solutions and leading significant OD projects within the overall OD & EE framework.
