We have two great opportunities to join the leadership team of a high performing mental health, learning disabilities and community NHS trust. We're looking for two values-driven, innovative, and highly skilled professionals to join our team within the HR Directorate as the Strategic Lead: Learning & Development and the Strategic Lead: Organisational Development.

Strategic Lead: Organisational Development
Band 8A - £55,690 to £62,682 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37 hours per week (Full Time)
Base: Invista Training Hub, Gloucester, with some travel and home-working (Hybrid).
We seek an exceptional Strategic Lead to drive transformational change, designing and implementing strategies that improve patient outcomes, staff engagement, and operational excellence. Our workforce of over 5000 staff across 55 sites and in people's homes reflects our commitment to a welcoming, inclusive, and diverse culture.

The ideal candidate will have extensive healthcare transformation experience, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop innovative solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, making a significant impact on organisational effectiveness and patient care.
This role involves strategic leadership and operational management of the Trust's OD function, overseeing programs related to leadership, culture, equality, diversity, inclusion, well-being, and speaking up initiatives. You will develop a high-performance service culture, support organisational development initiatives, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
