Our Organisational Effectiveness, Agility & AI practice seeks an experienced Senior Consultant.

We specialize in transforming organizations with future-ready models, agile practices, and AI-enabled enterprise transformation. Our work spans industries including Financial Services, Energy & Resources, Government, and Pharmaceuticals.

What you will be doing

Assist clients in redesigning organizations for the future by integrating agility, human-centered design, and AI. Key capabilities include:

• AI Enterprise Strategy: Rethink value creation and delivery in an AI-enabled world, including roles, skills, and governance.
• AI-Enabled Operating Model Transformation: Design organizations that embed and scale AI with appropriate structures and cultures.
• AI-Informed Organizational Agility: Evolve ways of working, funding, and governance for rapid experimentation and responsible AI use.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Assess AI's long-term impact on workforces and functions through scenario modeling.
• Design AI-enabled operating models and integrate automation into existing structures.
• Develop enterprise AI strategies aligned with business goals.
• Advise on cost reduction and strategic focus through AI adoption.
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives related to AI-driven transformation.
• Support adoption of agile methodologies and digital platforms.
• Coach leaders in agile and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Facilitate lasting change through leadership alignment and behavioral change tools.

Your skills and experience

Seeking consultants with a strong foundation in enterprise transformation and AI’s impact, including:

• Proven experience in enterprise or digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of AI’s influence on organizational structure and leadership.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on technology adoption.
• Knowledge of AI strategies and use cases, with ability to translate into action plans.
• Familiarity with delivery tools (e.g., Jira, OKRs, Agile).
• Confidence coaching leaders through ambiguity and technological change.
• Strong problem-solving skills, impact-focused.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-workstream environment.
