• Provide proactive, high-level support to a Founding Partner across all business and client-facing activities
• End-to-end project management, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are managed
• Extensive client and candidate liaison at board level – dealing with multiple clients simultaneously
• Coordinate complex calendars, international travel, and meetings
• Event management
• Prepare polished and error-free documentation, including client materials, search reports, correspondence, and presentations
• Manage multiple senior-level assignments with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Oversee office operations and act as the primary liaison with external suppliers and facilities teams
• Support internal HR administration, onboarding, and holiday tracking
• Line-manage and mentor Team Assistant

• A proven background as a senior Executive Assistant within professional services, in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Confident, ambitious, meticulous attention to detail
• High emotional intelligence, professional, polished, discretion, and a natural sense of gravitas
• Extremely strong communication skills, written and verbal – no margin for error, with strong formatting and presentation skills
• A calm, composed approach to changing priorities, with the flexibility to adapt quickly
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• A collaborative team player who brings energy, initiative, and a sense of humour
