Methods and Tooling Engineer - Full Time - Derby or Bristol / Hybrid

Your Role
As an Engineering for Services Engineer at Rolls-Royce, you will play a key role in the development, design, and analysis of aerospace products throughout their full lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:
- Utilizing advanced analytical techniques to assess and improve product designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conducting thorough investigations to identify root causes of engineering issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Communicating complex technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders, including engineering teams, management, and external partners.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and timelines.
- Implementing best practices in design safety, conducting risk assessments and safety analyses to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal safety standards.
- Developing and refining engineering methods and processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Leveraging innovative approaches and technologies to optimize design and manufacturing workflows.
- Understanding processes related to aerospace products, including design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
Who We're Looking For

- Security Check (SC) clearance without caveats; Rolls-Royce will support the application process.
