Overview

Are you an adaptable and forward‑thinking professional looking for a dynamic hybrid role? We are seeking a highly motivated PA & Recruitment Support to provide high‑level support to a Senior Partner. This is not a classic PA role but very much a coordination role supporting with the administration of key recruitment projects as well as diary and inbox management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements both in‑office and remote.
  • Lead project administration, follow up on action items, and ensure documentation is completed to the highest standard.
  • Act as liaison between executive leaders, internal teams, and external contacts, facilitating effective communication via digital platforms.
  • Organise and support business meetings, events, and communications.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion, prioritise urgent matters, and provide timely reporting and updates.
  • Maintain and update contact logs, records, and use cloud systems (e.g. SharePoint, Teams) to manage workflow.
  • Adapt scheduling and meeting coordination for hybrid environments, ensuring seamless support regardless of location.
  • Foster a positive work‑life balance and maintain accessibility for stakeholders across digital channels.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in executive support or Recruitment/project coordinator roles.
  • Experience of managing diaries and inboxes.
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in MS Office and collaboration software (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Zoom).
  • Ideally a degree level qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and time management skills with a track record of independent judgment and initiative.
  • Proven ability to organise complex information, multitask on live projects, and maintain high standards under pressure.
